TITAN COMPONENT EXAMPLE

COVING DETAIL
Our range of Coving gives you the finishing touches required either at the base or the head of the steel partioning. Also eliminates dirt and dust traps in corners.
DOOR
Flush glazed doors are available in both single and double doors, incorporating a variety of locks ( i.e Deadlocks / Mortice Locks / Euro Cylinder etc ) or as shown Double Swing. Flush Glazing is shown as standard for disabled access, also offered is a 595 x 495 aperture situated in the top half of the door. All door furniture is stainless steel, stainless steel kickplates 200mm high are fitted as standard.
FLUSH PLUG SOCKET
Flush Sockets / Light Switches are available in this range, the wireways are manufactured inside of the panel taking away any unsightly cables. This makes it easier for an electrician to wire on site and also gives you the benefit of less dust traps.
FLUSH GLAZING DETAIL WITH BLINDS
Flush glazing as shown above is standard in the Titan range. You can also add privacy within the glazed panel by adding a blind as an optional extra ( various colour available on request ). As you can see from the detail above all cords for operation of the blind are hidden within the panel joints.
FLUSH GLAZING DETAIL
Flush Glazing is available as follows: Aperture sizes 940mm high x 300mm, 500mm and 1000mm wide. Aperture sizes 1770mm high x 500mm wide. These panels can be placed strategically in the workplace to suit customer requirements.
INTERIOR DETAIL
Titan provides the ideal interior flush finish. Its clean smooth lines eliminate dust traps. Its monobloc construction is easy to install We can design a layout to suit your exact requirements.

PHARMACEUTICAL WORK AREAS
In this instance the Titan range has been designed around the customers requirements to have independent work stations. The flexibility and design standards of this range incorporates a complete flush partitioning system, which is achived by reducing the number of joints and ledges.
SPECIALISED AREAS
This range is ideal for warehouse and office divisions to create a more appropiate environment for specialised areas. This example shows not only flush double glazing incorporating blinds but also disabled access vision panels in the doors.
CLEANROOM ACCREDITATION
This range when used in conjunction with the correct air handle and HVAC systems is ideal for working towards the ISO 14644-1 Class 5 Cleanroom Accreditation.
INDIVIDUAL DESIGNS
Titan has been designed specifically for cleanrooms, its two line junction keeps dust traps to a minimum and its powder coated finish is an ideal surface for cleanroom environments.
MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS
Specific requirements are met in the design stage making this range an ideal choice for use in microelectronics, bio-technology. aerospace, hospitals and precision engineering industries.
STYLE AND DURABILITY
For use in higher class cleanrooms, all joints can be silicon sealed to stop air loss and reduce particle traps. The Titan range is designed to be both asthetically pleasing and deliver maximum performance.
